Cancellation Policy

At Always Crystal Clear Cleaning Service, we are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services to our valued customers. To ensure clarity and transparency in our operations, we have outlined the following service policies: Scope of Service: Our cleaning services cover specific areas or tasks included in the service, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, living room cleaning, kitchen cleaning and rooms cleaning. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges. a one time of $180 fee will be charged for a deep cleaning if needed. Scheduling: We strive to accommodate our customers' scheduling preferences to the best of our ability. While we aim to arrive promptly at the scheduled time, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule or adjust the appointment. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change unexpectedly. To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours or 2 day's notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of $50.00. Payment: Payment for services rendered is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, and checks. Invoices for recurring services may be issued on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, as agreed upon with the customer. Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our service, please notify us within 1 to 2 hours of the cleaning appointment, and we will make every effort to address and resolve any concerns promptly. Privacy and Security: We respect your privacy and take the security of your property seriously. Our team members undergo thorough background checks and are trained to handle your belongings with care and discretion. Any personal information collected during the booking process is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing our cleaning services. Insurance and Liability: Always Crystal Clear Cleaning Service is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our team members and your property, we cannot be held liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, negligence on the part of the customer, or acts of nature.
